We went to Meijers tonight to get the diarhea meds and picked up and apples and carrots and forgot to go to the pharmacy. Forgive my brain - it's fried.
Mom and Dad VD (how did I get thru highschool with those initials?) came over tonight to talk and take Claire and Simon home with them. Mom and Dad gathered in a circle with us and prayed for us. I love praying with my mom - and knowing she prays; she is my prayer warrior. But when Dad prays I cry.
We are packed. Thankful for how smooth everything has gone - trying to be prepared in my heart. Jackie bought me a Willow figure of a mother and child with their foreheads together and I found myself staring at it in the quiet late last night as I wrote letters to Claire and Simon. Being a mom is my greatest privelage. Just that God would LET me be the mom to these children. That He would Assign them to ME.
We got new pictures of Dibora Gertie and Ollie Yab this afternoon. They are so beautiful.
